  • Whilst we sold the office element of the Ziggurat asset we retained the surface car park on Grosvenor Road.
  • Following numerous pre-applications with St Albans District Council we submitted a planning application in April 2017 for 74 units.
  • Despite officer recommendation for approval, the application was refused at committee.
  • The consent was eventually granted on appeal in August 2018 and the site was sold shortly thereafter to Crest Nicholson plc.
