  • In 2013 we entered into a development management agreement with a land owner to plan and develop a mixed-use scheme in North London, NW2.
  • Our partner is a private family trust which has owned the (now obsolete) asset for many decades. They were seeking a partner with whom they could redevelop the site to optimise value.
  • We led the design and planning process using our in-house expertise and capital and in October 2013 were granted planning permission for an 18,000 sq ft mixed use scheme consisting of 9 spacious luxury apartments each with private under-croft parking and a convenience store.
  • The development achieved practical completion in April 2016 and all residential units were sold by July 2016.
