  • In 2017 we acquired a 1.6 acre site on Pershore Street within Birmingham city centre in partnership with Galliard Homes and Apsley House Capital.
  • The site is less than 10 mins walk from New Street Station and is currently being used as a surface car park.
  • Following detailed consultation with Birmingham City Council we submitted a planning application in November ’17 for a design led and sustainable scheme consisting of 379 apartments, c. 9,000 sq ft of commercial space, 95 parking spaces and curated courtyard gardens.
  • The planning application was approved in August ’18 and construction is due to commence at the start of 2019.
