  • In 2012 we acquired a 5 acre car park in Cheltenham town centre.
  • We secured a planning consent for a 72,000 sq ft foodstore, multi-story car park and 140 homes.
  • We then disposed of the residential element of the scheme to a large developer whilst retaining the remainder of the site.
  • Following structural changes in the food retailing sector and a move away from large format units we are redesigning an exciting new mixed use scheme to better suit the demands of occupational tenants and to meet the requirements of the town centre.
  • In the meantime the car park remains operational.
