  • In 2017 we acquired a 1.6 acre site on Pershore Street within Birmingham city centre in partnership with Galliard Homes and Apsley House Capital.
  • The site is less than 10 mins walk from New Street Station and is currently being used as a surface car park.
  • Following detailed consultation with Birmingham City Council we secured a planning permission in Q3 2018 for a scheme comprising 379 apartments, c.9,000 sq ft
    of commercial space, 95 parking spaces and courtyard gardens.
  • We are currently progressing off-plan sales and have achieved “topping out” on the build.
