Sebastian joined BBS Capital to work across both the Debt Advisory and the Investment Management sides of the business.
Prior to BBS Capital, Sebastian spent two years working as a Development Surveyor at db symmetry, subsequently rebranded Tritax Symmetry following its 2019 acquisition by the FTSE 250 company Tritax Big Box REIT plc. Tritax Symmetry, with a land portfolio of 3,900 acres, offered Sebastian valuable experience in land promotion and the planning applications process. Sebastian directly aided in the submission of one outline and three detailed planning applications, all of which were successful. He also oversaw the speculative development of two units through to practical completion, and played a pivotal role in the Hinckley National Rail Freight Interchange DCO project.
Sebastian has a 2:1 degree in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University and is currently working towards his APC to become an RICS accredited Chartered Surveyor.
